We kick off our Genealogy Learning Labs for 2026 by exploring where to being your Genealogy journey

Historic Church: Pataskala United Methodist Church.  To kick off our 2026 history we'll take a look at the history of one of our area's oldest churches.

Online Resources (Paid - Free) -- We will explore the genealogy resources that are available online.

Local Resources (Close to Home) -- This month we'll take at the look at the resources that are available in our area.

The Interurban.  This month we look at the history of the interurban - a form of public transportation that connected Ohio communities in the early 1900s.

The Newark Holy Stones  - Jeff Gill will explore the Newark Holy Stones and legend that surrounds them.

Ancenstry (Library vs Paid) -- This month we'll look at Ancestry.com and compare the library version to the paid subscription version.

Pataskala Masonic Lodge #404 - This month we take a look at the history of our local Masonic Lodge.

Using Family Search. This month we look at Family Search and how you can use it in your genealogy research.
